These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using Tememo (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Users must use the App in accordance with these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the developer related to the use of the App.

2. Prohibited Acts

In using the App, users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App.
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the developer.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer some features as paid (one-time purchase) options.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• One-time Purchase: A single purchase grants indefinite access to the features. There are no automatically renewing monthly or annual subscriptions.
• Restore: When changing devices, you can restore your past purchase status using the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to its safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of security defects, errors, or bugs.

The developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user arising from the App.

5. Changes to Terms of Service

The developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to the user if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective from the time they are displayed within the App.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
