Tememo (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
Based on our "Local First" design philosophy, all data entered by the user, such as memos and tasks, is essentially stored only on the user's device.
However, if you use the iOS or macOS app and enable the iCloud synchronization feature, your data will be stored and synchronized on Apple's iCloud servers. This data is accessible only by the user, and the developer cannot view it.
Apart from this, the App does not transmit personal information to external servers, nor does the developer have access to user input data.
The App uses the following permissions only to the extent necessary to provide its features:
The App does not use any third-party services for ad delivery or user tracking (such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics, etc.).
However, we utilize systems from platform providers (Apple, Google) for app distribution and payment processing.
The App will not share or disclose collected information (or information stored on the device) to third parties, except with user consent or as required by law.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the App. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
This policy may be updated as needed. Users will be notified within the App or on this page if there are significant changes.
